Hi, I noticed that the Varnish drop rates are very different than most, or all, other materials. Farming in Forge of Gods and Primeval Isle for 2-3 hours only produced 2 pieces of varnish yesterday, but hundreds of all other materials. Unless there is another farming zone I am unfamiliar with? I usually farm in Cave of Trials, Primeval Isle, and Forge of Gods. Thanks in advance for your attention

Nevermind, I think I found him: Misc Merchant Artemis. Does not have an option to bestow S-Grade special abilities to weapons.
